E-Submission


Instructions for electronic submission 2013 

Note : Once an abstract has been submitted, it cannot be changed. 
 
Electronic submissions must respect following criteria :
  • Documents must be written in Rich Text Format (RTF). RTF is the format of the abstract model that can be downloaded. Using the model to write the abstract will automatically keep it in the RTF format. To convert a file into RTF format, use "save as " and choose RTF fomat. 
 
Only the following listed fonts are available : 
  • Arial, Courier New, Marlett, Modern, Symbole, Times New Roman, Wingdings 
 
Abtracts that do not fit these criteria can not be electronically submitted. 
 
Submit only ONE abstract for each presentation ; do NOT submit multiple copies of the same abstract, and do NOT submit in blinded format. 
 

Symposia  

Choose the one category that is most appropriate. Final assigment will be subjected to the decision of the program committee. 
 

Podium or Poster Preference 

The prefered method of presentation (podium or poster) should be noted. Final determination will be made by the programm committee. 
 
Abstract accepted for podium presentation will be allocated 8 minutes for didactic presentation, followed by 4 minutes for discussion. All participants must respect the delays. Presentation options include overheader, diapo-projector and video-projector. All facilities will be provided. 
 
Abstract accepted for poster presentation will be provided a panel for mounting their descriptive material. Details of panel size and layout will be provided at the time of acceptance. Presenting authors must be at their panel during the scheduled Poster Session listed in the Final Prgram and adhere to setup/tear-down instructions included in aceptance notification. 
 

Abstract deadline: March 15, 2013. 


Electronic Submission 

When you are ready to submit your abstract electronically, send your abstract registration form and then send your abstract 
(RTF format or .doc) to the following address : Etienne Jarry,
